Staff Engineer, Oracle EBS Techno-Functional (SCM)

Overview

Staff Engineer role as an Oracle EBS techno-functional SCM consultant and subject matter expert, supporting and improving procurement and supply chain processes on Oracle EBS.

What you'll do

• Provide functional and technical support for iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Analyze requirements, run fit-gap assessments, and translate procurement needs into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Support and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows including requisitions and approvals through receipts.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Customize iProcurement and iSupplier Portal using OAF personalization and extensions.
• Tune performance and troubleshoot issues using SQL/PLSQL, workflows, and database objects to find root causes.

What you'll need

• Total experience of 6+ years.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 / R12.2.x.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Procurement and SCM modules including iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, iProcurement, Sourcing, Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), and Order Management (OM).
• Hands-on experience with RICEW components and Oracle Workflow Builder/AME for approval workflows.
• SQL and PL/SQL expertise with Oracle database objects and performance tuning.
• Experience with BI/XML Publisher and Oracle EBS utilities including FNDLOAD, SQL*Loader, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
