Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate supporting Finance Operations, focused on payment processing operations and invoice/accounting workflows.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze outcomes, and reconcile transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance, pricing/terms confirmation, and discount capture before payment.
• Handle accounting of goods and services including requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Own end-to-end procurement order sequence and financial process.
• Process invoices and support accounts payable activities including billing accuracy and purchase/non-purchase order handling.
• Make payments using checks, wire, SWIFT, or direct debits and execute manual payments and automated payment runs.

What you'll need

• BCom qualification required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• English (Domestic) ability at an elementary level.
• Primary skill: Payment Processing Operations (Procure to Pay - Payment Processing Operations).
• Ability to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions limited to own team and direct supervisor.
• Individual contributor role within a predetermined scope.
