Finance P2P, Payables

Overview

Support Oracle EBS R12 P2P and payables processes (iProcurement, Purchasing, AP, CM, FA, GL) with production support, issue resolution, and financial close support.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day production support for iProc, PO, AP, CM, FA, and GL.
• Investigate and resolve issues in system functionality, performance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with functional users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions (RICEW).
• Support month-end and year-end activities for financial close-related issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and debug PL/SQL packages, forms, and workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with DBA, infrastructure teams, and Oracle Support (SRs) for critical issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, including iProcurement, Purchasing, AP, CM, FA, and GL.
• Strong understanding of P2P and financial business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience with interfaces, conversions, extensions, and custom reports (RICEW).
• Ability to work directly with users to gather requirements and provide support.
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM or OUM methodology (plus).
