R2R Associate (12months contractual role)

Overview

Support global Record-to-Report (R2R) operations by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in a GCC environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare and post manual journal entries including accruals, prepaids, bank, payroll, and reclasses.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities per global timelines.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations with documentation and follow-up on open items.
• Maintain GL integrity and align activities with US GAAP/IFRS accounting policies.
• Support management reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders/business finance teams to resolve issues.
• Adhere to SLA timelines and internal controls, including SOX compliance.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in R2R or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of R2R processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in month-end close and reconciliations.
• Hands-on ERP experience, with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones.
• B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SAP R2R processes in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
