Overview
Solution Engineering Intern to help deliver innovative customer solutions, working with mentor and senior team members across proposal, design, delivery, integrations, and customer support activities.
What you'll do
- Help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services.
- Assist in designing new and innovative solutions for customer business needs.
- Collect technical requirements and design simple technical solutions and service integration plans.
- Provide support in handling technical and security questionnaires.
- Deliver demos and POCs and participate in scoping exercises.
- Contribute to service quote estimations and produce technical documentation.
- Configure and implement Infobip solutions and support solution enablement for SMB customers.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or recently graduated.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for learning new technologies and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI tools, projects, or applications.
- GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects or contributions.
