Principal Engineer

Overview

Principal Engineer for Wells Fargo’s Architecture and Engineering team, advising leadership and leading long-term, large-scale technical solutions across multiple technology domains.

What you'll do

• Act as an advisor to leadership on developing or influencing enterprise applications, network, information security, databases, operating systems, or web technologies.
• Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex, unique cross-enterprise technical challenges.
• Translate business objectives and the enterprise technology environment into engineering solutions.
• Provide vision and direction to leadership for implementing innovative business solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and recommend technology innovations.
• Engage with professionals and managers across the enterprise as an expert advisor.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, and/or education).
