Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Machine Learning Engineer focused on GenAI technology, leading scalable AI/ML architectures and end-to-end GenAI service lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and operate scalable enterprise AI/ML architectures and systems.
• Lead and mentor engineers to set technical direction and improve code quality.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML into products.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI services, including LLM inference and model serving.
• Define best practices for observability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to ensure AI/ML quality and performance.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in software/AI/ML engineering with successful delivery of production-grade systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building large-scale enterprise services with reliability/availability/observability.
• Experience leading engineers iteratively, including setting technical vision and reviewing designs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
