AI/ML Engineer (Data Engineering + AI Focus)

Overview

Build and scale data-intensive AI/ML solutions for intelligent decision-making across supply chain workflows, combining data engineering, machine learning, and production deployment.

What you'll do

• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to define scalable data and AI/ML solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and platforms using Python, Spark/PySpark, and cloud services.
• Develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions from ingestion and feature engineering through production.
• Implement MLOps and DataOps practices, including CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Integrate LLM and Generative AI systems into production workflows.
• Deploy solutions with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute through code reviews and best practices.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in production Data Engineering and AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with hands-on Spark/PySpark experience.
• Experience with Azure or AWS data engineering, ML, and distributed-system services.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and ML systems.
• Experience with data modeling, MLOps, and production model lifecycle management.
• Practical LLM/Generative AI experience, including RAG, document processing, or workflow automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, data quality, observability, and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Experience in simulation, optimization, or operations research.
