Overview

Lead data science and LLM engineering initiatives for pharma and life sciences applications, transforming data into insights and AI-driven solutions. Manage teams and client accounts while guiding delivery and mentoring staff.

What you'll do

• Lead data science initiatives that turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Guide teams in designing and developing data solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
• Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve complex business problems.
• Develop data pipelines and data models for large-scale analysis and visualization.
• Oversee predictive modeling and natural language processing deployments.
• Validate data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks.
• Mentor team members and resolve issues with clients and teams.

What you'll need

• At least 8 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows.
• Experience with C++, R, or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of neural networks and deep learning.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, LLM Ops, and RAG pipelines.

Nice to have

• Education in artificial intelligence, analytics, computer science, engineering, information technology, machine learning, mathematics, statistics, or related listed fields.
• Pharma experience with end-to-end infrastructure for deploying AI models.
