Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Build and deliver machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions for business challenges. Work across exploration, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy machine learning and AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and refine proofs of concept, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Build data, model inference, and automation pipelines.
• Apply machine learning, information retrieval, NLP, and generative AI techniques.
• Contribute to testing, monitoring, documentation, security, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share technical knowledge.

What you'll need

• Experience developing, implementing, or supporting machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SQL and data-driven applications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of machine learning lifecycle management, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Ability to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, vector databases, or agent-based AI systems.
• Exposure to model monitoring, observability, AI governance, or responsible AI.
• Knowledge of APIs, containerization, CI/CD, or modern software development practices.
• Experience delivering AI or data science solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with information retrieval, search, or knowledge management solutions.
