Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Staff Machine Learning Engineer leading strategic ML/AI decisions and broad organizational impact by managing multiple projects and aligning ML initiatives with business goals in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Own and architect end-to-end ML/AI solutions.
• Integrate ML models into business applications.
• Manage larger machine learning solutions and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Ensure scalable and effective AI implementations with Engineering and PMs.
• Lead small to medium initiatives and own specific components in ML solutions.
• Create clear workflows, ensure timely delivery, and represent the Science team in operations meetings.

What you'll need

• More than 8 years of industry experience overall.
• More than 5 years in AI/ML solutions.
• Expert-level coding proficiency with ML model design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, and Spark ML.
• Experience with ML model/library management and versioning in Git and MLFlow.
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning transformer models using HuggingFace ecosystem (PEFT/LoRA included).
