Principal Product Manager

Overview

Principal Product Manager responsible for shaping product strategy, KPIs, and roadmap delivery for Truecaller’s Verified communication solutions portfolio.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Verified communication solutions portfolio.
• Define KPIs and drive roadmap delivery for products within the Business Messaging portfolio.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales for development and go-to-market processes.
• Develop customer understanding and act as the voice of the customer with leadership.
• Monitor product progress and look for ways to improve.

What you'll need

• 8-10 years overall work experience.
• At least 5-7 years in product management.
• Experience in a CPaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS ecosystem building communication or contact-centre management solutions.
• Sound technical knowledge of APIs and workflow management.
• Sound understanding of monetization and ability to build pricing strategies.
• Experience influencing multiple cross-functional teams without authority.
• Proven track record of product management for mobile devices and/or applications.
