Principal Product Manager – Prisma AIRS

Overview

Lead strategy and development for the PRISMA AIRS AI Security product line, defining and delivering competitive offerings grounded in customer needs and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Understand AI systems, how they differ from traditional software, and the evolving AI threat landscape.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert guidance to various cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into differentiated product designs for engineering teams.
• Drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a high bias for action to meet goals.
• Use data analytics to monitor metrics, identify trends, and influence the AI Security product roadmap.
• Oversee daily product management, including feature sets and overall strategy for the AI Security space.
• Lead feature prioritization and make critical tradeoff decisions to align with strategic goals.
• Support the full New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, including Beta testing and feature ramp-up.
• Conduct market analysis, develop requirements, and create business cases to define product strategy and positioning.
• Maintain a strong customer focus through active engagement and relationship development.
• Create marketing materials and evangelize services to enhance the customer product experience.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 14 years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-grade products and platforms.
• Proven ability to own the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience thriving in an agile environment with rapid iteration and collaborative work sessions.
• A demonstrable and consistent track record of success in previous roles.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent.
• Product management experience for AI/ML or Cybersecurity-driven products.
• Experience with cybersecurity and AI/ML-powered solutions for an enterprise platform.

• Location: Bangalore Bagmane Tech Park, India (office-based; most teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when needed).
