Principal Project Manager

Overview

Lead and manage multiple customer-facing software project engagements for manufacturing industries, coordinating consulting teams and third parties to deliver value, quality and on-time results.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure the realization of value, quality, and on-time delivery of defined scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Communicate project status regularly to various stakeholders
• Perform risk management to mitigate potential risks
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques and change management processes

What you'll need

• 8+ years of customer-facing project management experience in the configuration and deployment of impactful software solutions for manufacturing industries
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership, escalation management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM)
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be a US Citizen

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• Experience with PLM, or ALM, implementations
