Overview

Principal Software Engineer shaping technical direction and architecture for Java-based CRM platforms across multiple engineering squads.

What you'll do

• Define and lead technical strategy and architecture for Java-based CRM platforms across squads.
• Design complex, scalable, secure solutions aligned with business and product goals.
• Provide architectural guidance to tech leads and engineering teams.
• Lead platform modernization across microservices, event-driven systems, cloud-native solutions, and legacy transformation.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering and identify AI/automation opportunities in platforms and delivery.
• Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns across teams.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Data/JPA, Security).
• Experience designing large-scale distributed microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka or similar).
• Expertise in system architecture, API design, domain-driven design, and enterprise platform engineering.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud-native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with secure coding, application security, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering tools, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI integration patterns.
