Job description

Overview

Principal Architect (BSP) / Platform Lead to lead development and integration of an automotive platform BSP and system software.

What you'll do

Define BSP architecture and boot flow.
Drive board bring-up and silicon validation.
Lead virtualization and multi-OS integration.
Oversee subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.).
Ensure system performance and KPIs.
Lead safety compliance activities.
Drive debugging, issue resolution, and mentor teams.

What you'll need

8 to 14 years of experience in BSP architecture/platform software.
Strong BSP, bootloader, and kernel expertise.
Deep knowledge of memory concepts including SMMU and DMA.
Experience with virtualization and multi-OS integration.
Strong debugging experience.
Automotive subsystem exposure including boot chain (PBL/XBL, fastboot, EDL).
Relevant knowledge of diagnostics tools (QXDM, ramdump) and firmware loading.

Details

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Work mode: hybrid; most office-based roles onsite three days a week.
