Overview
Lead the development and integration of automotive platform BSP and system software as a BSP Architect / Platform Lead.
What you'll do
- Define BSP architecture and boot flow.
- Drive board bring-up and silicon validation.
- Lead virtualization and multi-OS integration.
- Oversee subsystem bring-up, including camera and display.
- Ensure system performance and KPIs.
- Drive safety compliance activities.
- Lead debugging and issue resolution.
- Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 08–14 years experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Deep technical ownership.
- Relevant engineering degree.
- Strong BSP, bootloader, and kernel expertise.
- Deep knowledge of memory, SMMU, and DMA.
- Experience with virtualization and multi-OS.
- Strong debugging experience.
- Automotive subsystem exposure.
- Boot chain experience with PBL/XBL, fastboot, and EDL.
- Memory experience with DMA and SMMU/IOMMU.
- Experience with diagnostics tools including QXDM and ramdump.
- Experience with firmware loading.
- Experience with virtualization, including virtio and VM resource allocation.
- Experience coordinating QNX, Linux, and Android in a multi-OS environment.
- Full subsystem ownership across camera, audio, and connectivity.
- Safety / RTOS exposure.
- CI strategy experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Google AAOS certification process.
- Exposure to infotainment systems and IVI architecture.
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and performance profilers.
- Knowledge of CAN/SOME-IP integration with Android.
