Process Associate

Overview

Back office data entry role on a US non-voice process at Datamark BPO, Mumbai, with rotational day and night shifts.

What you'll do

• Perform back office data entry.
• Work rotational shifts, day or night.
• Give and follow instructions accurately.

What you'll need

• Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred).
• Age between 18 and 40.
• Average English understanding.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and give instructions accurately.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Good in typing and writing (35 to 45 WPM).

Nice to have

• English speaking.

Details

• Location: 201, Thane One DIL Complex, Ghodbunder Road, Behind Cine Wonder Mall, Kapurbawdi, Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400610.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Day shift: any 9-hour shift between 6am and 9pm. Night shift: 9pm to 6am.
• Week offs provided.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Walk-in interviews between 11am and 3pm.
