Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Analyst in Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, supporting procurement, invoice processing and payment operations.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, conduct analysis and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Support end to end procurement, vendor compliance, savings and discounts, pricing and terms checks, and accounting for requisitions, purchases and receipts.
• Process payments by check, wire, SWIFT and direct debit as part of the invoice processing cycle.
• Understand vendor payments, Travel and Expense payments, and taxation.
• Execute manual payments and automated payment runs.
• Run potential duplicate payments reports, take appropriate action and execute payment related controls.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Use basic statistics and business terms when discussing with stakeholders.
• Look for ways to enhance value for stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Invoice Processing.
• Payment Processing Operations.
• Ability to handle disputes.

Nice to have

• Systems Knowledge.
• Exposure to Yardi ERP.
• Industry Experience, including experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
