Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Process invoices and support procure-to-pay operations, including query management, exception resolution, and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Process PO and non-PO invoices end to end.
• Validate invoices and perform two-way and three-way matching.
• Post invoices in ERP systems.
• Handle invoice exceptions, discrepancies, and blocked invoices.
• Resolve vendor and internal helpdesk queries within defined SLAs and TAT.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Invoice processing experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end invoice processing.
• Knowledge of accounting and basic Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
