Overview

Procure to Pay Operations Associate focused on end-to-end AP helpdesk processing, including vendor and internal stakeholder queries around invoices and payments.

What you'll do

• Handle vendor and internal stakeholder helpdesk queries, including invoice and payment status inquiries.
• Resolve rejection-related issues within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Monitor incoming queries and ensure timely resolution within TAT.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience in procure to pay / AP helpdesk processing.
• Any Graduation qualification.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP helpdesk processing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and management reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to comply with DTPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
