Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Support procure-to-pay and accounts payable operations, including transaction reconciliation, invoice processing, purchasing controls, and financial process support.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance, discount capture, and use of preferred suppliers.
• Confirm pricing and terms before payment.
• Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving.
• Process invoices and manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Accounts Payable Process experience or knowledge.
• Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
• Ability to perform general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ability to review journal entries, accruals, reserves, and adjustments.
