Product Analytics Associate Engineer

Overview

Product Analytics Associate Engineer for Twin Health’s Data Platform team, turning Member and Care Team data into actionable product insights.

What you'll do

• Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests, including building tracking queries, checking data quality, and summarizing results.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for scoped tables and metrics.
• Build and update dashboard and report components in BI tools under senior direction.
• Track and report established KPIs (member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team effectiveness) using existing frameworks.
• Run data quality checks on assigned datasets and flag anomalies or inconsistencies.
• Contribute to documentation such as data dictionaries and metric definitions.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Some exposure to dbt or a willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Healthcare or digital health experience, or a personal interest in health and wellness.
