Product Designer (UX), HCI

Overview

Design user experiences and HCI patterns for AI products that help users understand, guide, correct, and control multi-step AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI product surfaces from concept through launch.
• Create interaction patterns for prompting, review, confirmation, correction, handoff, and recovery.
• Design interfaces that communicate AI actions, knowledge, uncertainty, and next steps.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, controllable everyday user flows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define problems and ship solutions.
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity web and mobile designs.
• Run user research and usability tests to identify friction, trust issues, and failure points.

What you'll need

• Experience as a product or UX designer with a web or mobile portfolio.
• Strong interaction design, information hierarchy, and prototyping skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and fast iteration workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear user experiences.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers in fast-moving teams.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete requirements.
• Sound judgment on usability, edge cases, failure handling, trust, control, feedback, and transparency.
