Product Engineer - AI Stockbroking

Overview

Product Engineer for KIRA’s AI Stockbroking product areas. You’ll define product direction and work closely with engineering and design to launch and iterate fast.

What you'll do

• Own product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Improve product decisions using data, feedback, research, and production issues.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Make trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

What you'll need

• Experience in a Product Manager/Product Owner/founder/growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• High ownership with the ability to drive work with limited guidance.

• Remote role with candidates required to be based in Germany.
