Product Manager

About the role

We're seeking Product Executives to join our marketing team at a leading pharmaceutical organization ranked 35th by prescription volume. You'll drive marketing strategy, launch new products, and ensure commercial success across our portfolio while working closely with senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products to maximize market penetration and profitability
• Design scientific promotional materials that communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning
• Lead new product introductions from market entry planning through successful launch and adoption
• Monitor product performance metrics and profitability, recommending tactical adjustments to optimize commercial outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma
• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong aptitude for marketing strategy and commercial thinking with ability to translate market insights into action
• Age below 26 years; male candidates only
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi (Head Office)

Nice to have

• Experience with product launches or new market entry
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory and promotional guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
