Overview
Product Lead for Arcesium’s Treasury product portfolio within Product Management, focused on post-trade capabilities like collateral management, margin, portfolio financing, and securities borrow/lending.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for treasury product modules.
- Prototype product ideas and validate hypotheses using AI tools and vibe-coding.
- Translate vision into roadmap and product/feature specifications through requirement gathering and analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure specifications map to design and delivery.
- Evaluate in-flight product progress using test cases and ensure alignment to specifications and vision.
- Gather client feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize product improvements.
- Measure product usage and analyze user feedback to guide roadmap and investment decisions.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of overall work experience.
- At least 2 years in product management (preferably for financial technology products or platforms).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping/vibe-coding approaches.
- Comfort going from idea to interactive demo without waiting for engineering.
- Customer empathy and understanding of client needs, preferably with hedge funds or institutional asset managers.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile software development environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
