Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager role at Glean for building enterprise AI assistant and knowledge/work products, with a focus on roadmap and product team impact in a lean team.

What you'll do

• Spend time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
• Develop parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with product vision.
• Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
• Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Build processes that scale with rapid team and company growth.

What you'll need

• Have 6+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Have experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools (plus).
• Have a strong technical background and analytical thinking skills.
• Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Have a proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
