Lead Product Manager for Star Trek Fleet Command to own performance and strategic direction of live content on a hybrid schedule in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Drive LiveOps excellence and lead LiveOps operations through leadership and execution.
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver player experiences that meet business and player goals.
• Drive performance strategy for LiveOps systems, recurring events, and monetization features.
• Analyze and optimize live features and events using data and root-cause diagnostics.
• Build repeatable approaches to LiveOps performance management and experimentation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with significant live operations responsibility in a F2P mobile game.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems.
• Data-native mindset for translating performance metrics into strategy and plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Details

• Hybrid work basis in Bangalore, India.
• Regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST with the Los Angeles team.
• During ramp-up, collaboration availability between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM IST with flexibility.
