Consultant - Product Manager

Overview

Consultant Product Manager for Fan Platform & D2C, working with teams and a SaaS partner to build and improve digital fan experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and launch new fan platform features and enhancements with a SaaS partner and UI/UX team.
• Optimize Artist Pages and customer journeys to improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and product documentation to align features with business objectives and user needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Content, and Product teams to support feature launches and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor platform performance, analyze user behavior and feedback, and recommend improvements using data and insights.
• Convert business and user requirements into product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.

What you'll need

• ~5 years of experience in product management, digital product development, UI/UX, or business analysis.
• Experience working on consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, HCI, Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journey mapping.
• Wireframing skills using Figma or similar tools.
• Product documentation experience (PRDs, user stories) and Agile methodologies.
• Product analytics skills.
