Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager role focused on building and scaling Druva’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform.

What you'll do

• Partner with MSPs, distributors, aggregators, and internal teams to understand workflows and operational challenges.
• Gather product requirements via partner interviews, competitive research, and data analysis.
• Prioritize features with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive execution from concept through launch using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with UX on intuitive multi-tenant experiences for MSP administrators.
• Define success metrics and analyze product telemetry to guide roadmap decisions.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
