Product Owner

Overview

Product Owner – Data Services for Transmission Lines & Grid Diagnostics, responsible for tactical ownership and delivery of analytics and intelligence services for grid monitoring and diagnostics.

What you'll do

• Engage with grid operators and utility stakeholders to understand workflows and constraints.
• Capture real-world use cases for fault detection, classification, diagnostics, fault location, and power quality.
• Convert customer insights into product behaviors, analytics expectations, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in PI planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, and PO synchronization.
• Accept completed stories based on delivered value, correctness, and usability.
• Partner with Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar Agile delivery role.
• Solid understanding of power systems, transmission networks, and grid fault concepts.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments with distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers.
