Business Analyst/Product Owner

Overview

Business Analyst/Product Owner role supporting Credit Transformation products and initiatives, focused on credit assessment.

What you'll do

• Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products and initiatives.
• Draft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Consult Cluster/Chief/Product Owners and SMEs to prioritize and shape the product backlog using Agile best practices.
• Participate in and facilitate scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
• Support build and test activities.
• Assist implementation/rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT, and post go-live support.
• Drive continuous improvements on processes and user experience using a data-driven structured approach.

What you'll need

• Excellent documentation skills with ability to convey complex information objectively and briefly.
• Ability to prioritize and shape a product backlog using Agile best practices around business value.
