Product Management - Manager

Overview

Lead product management workstreams for software and product innovation within PwC's Advisory practice, shaping product direction, prioritizing work and guiding teams that develop software solutions for client needs.

What you'll do

• Lead product management workstreams across custom application development and testing initiatives
• Define product vision, scope, and delivery priorities for software solutions across the full development lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones across multiple client engagements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Review technical designs, solution options, and implementation approaches for custom applications and cloud-native platforms
• Apply product management methods to prioritize features, resolve delivery issues, and adapt to changing client needs
• Coach team members on requirements management, code review practices, and software delivery methods
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy applications and improve product functionality through automation and AI-enabled engineering techniques
• Validate application quality, release readiness, and compliance with coding and testing standards

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Demonstrating product management experience across software delivery lifecycles
• Leading client-facing product workstreams and prioritizing evolving requirements
• Coordinating cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and release activities
• Translating user needs into functional product decisions and backlog refinement
• Applying analytics, testing, and feedback loops to product improvements
