Overview

Product Manager (individual contributor) for Investor Allocation modules in the Investor Accounting and Transfer Agency domain.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the product vision for Investor Allocation modules and carry features from concept to creation.
• Distill the vision into product roadmap and feature specifications using domain deep dives and requirement gathering.
• Translate product specifications into design and then into the product by working with engineers and architects.
• Articulate business cases including ROI analyses, budgets, and timelines; communicate progress and priorities to stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to track industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product Managers across product groups on cross-cutting initiatives.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in Investor Allocation, including 2+ years in a product management role.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for hedge funds and institutional asset managers.
• Knowledge of complex fund structures such as master-feeder, side pockets, and hybrid vehicles.
• Knowledge of multi-currency frameworks and unitization.
• Strong understanding of diverse fee models including management fees, performance fees, hurdle rates, high-water marks, and tiered fee structures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
