Product Owner

Overview

Own the product vision and represent customer needs for a Commercial Insurance product. Shape the roadmap and backlog, validate ideas through customer feedback, and align the product team with client priorities.

What you'll do

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product priorities.
• Support the team in understanding the product vision.
• Help remove obstacles to product delivery.
• Assist junior team members with product requirements and best practices.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Insurance.
• Proficiency in Commercial Insurance.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features by business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Agile Program Management experience.
• Agile Project Management experience.
