Overview

Lead the evolution of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and configuration data capabilities into an AI-ready foundation. Own the product roadmap, technical architecture, integrations, automation, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM development.
• Architect integrations across ServiceNow, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms.
• Develop scripts and workflows using JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Implement data models, schemas, harmonization logic, and quality frameworks.
• Apply Generative AI and automation to discovery, classification, mapping, and anomaly detection.
• Own CMDB maturity, roadmap prioritization, and product lifecycle management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop developers and data specialists.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of hands-on CMDB experience, including automated Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Experience with Snowflake, REST or GraphQL APIs, data harmonization, MCP, and A2A patterns.
• JavaScript or Python coding skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated deployment, SAM, and HAM.
• Knowledge of CSDM, ITIL, Agile, and product management practices.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or certification in AI, Data Science, Technology Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, AWS, Azure, GCP, data modeling, and ETL/ELT.
• ServiceNow CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITOM, or CIS-SAM certification.
