Product Reliability Engineer

Overview

Product Reliability Engineer role supporting testing, failure analysis and reliability initiatives for semiconductor equipment modules and systems.

What you'll do

• Perform testing of modules and systems, and assist in the statistical analysis of laboratory or field data and spare parts shipments.
• Present reliability status updates and reports to project teams and management.
• Assist in the design and fabrication of test fixtures and data collection systems.
• Participate in formal design reviews and engineering meetings to drive reliability initiatives.
• Prepare or approve simple product, laboratory or vendor reliability test plans.
• Perform or request failure analysis of components under test.
• Develop Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Perform allocation and modeling of modules and components.
• Assist Engineering in selecting more reliable components and using reliable design practices through participation in formal design reviews and engineering meetings.
