Overview

Product Support Consultant on Zenoti's 24x7 support team, helping customers use the cloud-based beauty and wellness software to run their business.

What you'll do

• Work with customers to help them solve issues they have with using Zenoti.
• Own customer-reported issues and see problems through to resolution.
• Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti.
• Follow all defined processes in the team when working on issues.
• Be part of the ticketing system and handle client-reported issues.
• Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about challenges customers have with using the product.

What you'll need

• 2 to 5 years in supporting web-based enterprise applications.
• L1/L2 client support on tickets raised through calls, chat and emails.
• Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications.
• A technology-centric background.
• Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to solve problems for customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up environment.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Night shift: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Shift assignment is based on customer needs; flexibility required. Once assigned, hours are kept consistent over a long time horizon.
• Team works 24x7x365.
