Production Engineer

Overview

Production Engineer responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting efficient production, maintaining quality, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and production lines.
• Analyze production data and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and quality teams on product manufacturability.
• Maintain work instructions, process diagrams, and SOPs.
• Evaluate, install, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Implement quality controls and lead Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and train production staff.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of production or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation technologies, robotics, and advanced manufacturing systems.
