Production Support Analyst

Overview

Production Support Analyst responsible for ensuring the success of business-critical application operations, including day-to-day batch processing, incident resolution and production support for distributed systems.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day batch processing and analyze and fix issues on priority while adhering to standards and SLAs.
• Support High priority (P1/P2) incidents dynamically and provide timely resolution.
• Handle other service requests, minor enhancements and code reviews.
• Handle application outages (planned/unplanned) and be responsible for performance and maintenance of the highly critical business application.
• Provide end to end production support and derive immediate resolutions/root-cause of incidents arising in distributed systems to ensure quick restoration of service degradation.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and help the team translate them into technical changes.

What you'll need

• 1.5 - 3.5 years of experience as Automation Specialist or equivalent.
• Automation through Python/PowerShell.
• CICD Tools: Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory.
• AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CFT).
• POC (Proof of Concept) implementation.
• SQL scripting.
• Windows OS knowledge (Registry Editor, Group Policies, Server Roles etc.).

Nice to have

• Troubleshooting skills.
• Microsoft HPC.
• ITIL process understanding.
• Tools: SNOW, JIRA, Confluence.
• ETL tools: Informatica, TWS.
• Knowledge regarding hardware and software support with experience in Windows environment support in Microsoft stack (Office, Visio, .NET, SQL Server; SQL databases).
• Strong analytics experience for troubleshooting issues within diverse application environments (Windows/Unix/Linux). Preferably Windows.
• Excellent organization skills; team player with a diverse team of vendors/employees across the globe.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure, taking end to end ownership of issues and driving resolution.

• Location: Noida.
• Timings: 4:45 PM - 1:15 AM IST (weekend on rotational basis).
• Cab facility provided.
• Employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
• Full-time employment.
