Software Engineer - Enterprise Data Management

Overview

Support the implementation and maintenance of data ingestion, validation, transformation and distribution workflows for critical index data, including NeoXam and Databricks modernization initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and onboarding of NeoXam for enterprise data management use cases.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, validation, transformation, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, QA, and Architecture teams to understand and implement requirements.
• Assist with Databricks-based data processing, archival, and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in automation, CI/CD, testing, and environment support activities.
• Contribute to production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll need

• Strong foundation in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Knowledge of Python programming for data processing and automation.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data validation concepts.
• Exposure to Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business domains.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks, NeoXam, Markit EDM, or similar data management platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation tools.
• Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts.
