Professional IT Application Expert Sales and Operations Planning (SAP IBP, SAP APO PPDS, OMP)

Overview

IT Application Expert for Sales & Operations Planning, supporting SAP IBP, SAP APO PPDS, and OMP solutions as part of the Global IT Center of Excellence.

What you'll do

• Support SAP IBP, SAP APO PPDS, and OMP solutions across global planning functions.
• Design and implement demand, supply, and production planning solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional IT teams.
• Lead system configuration, functional design, testing, data migration, and user training.
• Ensure adherence to global standards, governance frameworks, and quality/GMP compliance.
• Provide third-level support for complex incidents and critical system issues.
• Mentor external consultants and drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO PPDS, and/or OMP planning solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions for supply chain planning.
• Solid understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and production planning processes.
• Experience working in regulated environments (GMP/GxP) is preferred.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills in a global environment.
• Self-driven, accountable, motivated mindset with continuous improvement.
