Professional Services Contact Center Engineer

Overview

As a Professional Services Contact Center Engineer, you will implement and manage RingCX and RingCentral Contact Center (RCCC) functionality for new contact center designs, builds, and training.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end technical implementation of RingCX and RCCC projects (call flow, IVR/ACD routing, dialer setup, PBX/CTI integration).
• Integrate RingCentral solutions to customer systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Support deployment of RingCentral AI capabilities (e.g., AIRPro) in contact center implementations.
• Assess solution specifications against customer requirements and recommend design changes.
• Deliver multiple concurrent implementations with minimal oversight while maintaining agreed timelines.
• Create customer-facing documentation and support project status reporting and escalation.

What you'll need

• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation role; Contact Center industry experience is required.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, networking, RESTful APIs, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR/VRU systems.
• Basic familiarity with AI-enabled contact center capabilities and willingness to build AI fluency.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills for practical and complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client relationships.

Details

• Location: Remote, USA.
• Compensation (if hired in Colorado/California/Hawaii/Nevada/New York/Maryland/Washington/Connecticut/Rhode Island): $88,200 to $115,000 for full-time employees.
• Some occasional travel may be required (e.g., customer on-site visits).
