Overview
Professional Services Engineer providing client-focused consulting for implementation, troubleshooting, and training for the Cyberhaven product.
What you'll do
- Own implementation and configuration to enable integration and deployment in client environments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and design custom dataset and policy solutions.
- Analyze logs, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues to coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned to client timelines.
- Deliver technical training to end users to help clients maximize product value.
- Provide client status updates and run post-implementation reviews for satisfaction and improvement.
What you'll need
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services with endpoint security experience in cybersecurity and DLP.
- Track record delivering complex technical solutions in professional services/consulting, specifically for endpoint security products.
- Experience with DLP solutions including Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
- Understanding of data classification methodologies and techniques to define DLP policies.
- Practical SaaS security and/or endpoint agent troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with system architecture, network protocols, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on knowledge of MacOS (e.g., MDM, app management) and Windows (e.g., SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, PowerShell basics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional technical collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent certifications, or 3+ years in a similar role.
