Program Manager- Associate Experience

Overview

Own and implement enhancements to the Moments that Matter programs at Gartner, covering APAC new hire onboarding from offer through Month 1 and the global Exit Experience and return from leave.

What you'll do

• Be the Associate Experience point person for the APAC region and expand centralized strategies in India and the rest of APJ.
• Provide day-to-day product and program management, coordinating competing priorities, milestones and interdependencies to ensure a successful Day 1 and Month 1 for all APAC new hires.
• Create, build and maintain project management collateral (project plans, shared drives, meeting cadences, leadership briefings, operational proposals) and coordinate with the central AX team.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships with HR COEs and business process owners across HR, HRIS, IT and Finance.
• Use listening data (surveys, tickets, touchpoints and other metrics) to run trend analysis, monitor program performance and propose improvements to leadership.
• Be the Moments that Matter program owner for the Exit Experience: design the future state, prioritize and manage enhancements, and propose new opportunities.
• Research and recommend best practices across people, processes and technology for the APAC new hire and global Exit Experience.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap balancing immediate priorities with an aspirational future state.
• Manage issue escalation, provide guidance and handle escalated issues directly.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Large-scale global program management experience at an organization of more than 10,000 employees.
• Experience with HR administration and general exposure to various HR functions.
• Strong analytical abilities, with demonstrated ability to run reports and interpret and analyze data outputs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience leading project management operations in a complex environment, with proven collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Sound judgment, with the ability to solve problems and make recommendations to remediate issues.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
