Project Analyst

Overview

Coordinate and manage the delivery of short-term and long-term interface implementation projects, working directly with clients and internal technical teams from kickoff through go-live.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage delivery of short-term and long-term implementation projects, working directly with clients and internal technical teams.
• Review contracts to confirm project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies through to go-live.
• Track project and ticket status in Jira; maintain accurate account and project data in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Identify risks and issues early, and work with internal teams to resolve or escalate them.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project.

What you'll need

• Experience coordinating or managing projects, ideally in a client-facing implementation role.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to review contracts and translate scope into a clear delivery plan.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or related experience.
