Overview

Project Leadership role within Parexel's Global Project Leadership organization, leading global clinical trial projects and managing day-to-day operations for mid to large-size biotech and pharma clients. Homebased, United States.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Strive for operational excellence through on-time delivery, within budget and to the highest quality.
• Work to exceed client expectations.
• Manage project scheduling, resources and budgets, and coordinate team activities.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO, Biotech or Pharma company.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
• Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating team activities.
• Detail-oriented, computer proficient, with superior interpersonal and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience within a CRO.

• Opportunities at the Project Leader (PM) and Senior Project Leader (SPM) level; more senior roles (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director) require additional years of experience.
