Project Management Specialist

Overview

Manage equipment implementation and installation projects remotely, coordinating GE HealthCare resources and serving as the primary liaison with customers. Support projects across U.S. regions during local business hours.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and track activities to complete projects on time and within requirements.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, training, and GoLive scheduling.
• Create project plans with milestones and task responsibilities.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting summaries, and action lists.
• Lead project personnel and facilitate internal and customer meetings.
• Resolve or escalate issues involving delivery, site readiness, training, and materials.
• Identify and support process improvements for project management teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of project management experience.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of project management or technical-field experience.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of progressive technical-field or project management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document and execute projects.

Nice to have

• Experience managing revenue-generating projects.
• Change management experience.
