Client Success Operations Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate client success operations for B2B technology campaigns by setting up programs, tracking deliverables, preparing reports, and resolving execution issues.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain client programs in Salesforce.
• Monitor active programs and flag pacing, quality, or execution issues.
• Troubleshoot campaign setup and delivery issues with internal teams.
• Prepare campaign reports and verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate internal handoffs and follow up on open items.
• Review leads and campaign elements against program requirements.
• Maintain campaign records and process documentation.

What you'll need

• Strong organization while managing multiple programs and deadlines.
• Attention to detail with campaign requirements, data, and reports.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM, or ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear communication and proactive issue escalation skills.
• Interest in learning how B2B demand generation campaigns work.
• Working laptop or PC, internet connection, and backup connection.

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Work mode: Remote.
• Location: Philippines.
• Working hours: 9 PM–6 AM PHT from April–October or 10 PM–7 AM PHT from November–March.
• Monthly pay: ₱37,500–₱46,000 PHP.
